  • Develop novel functional coating solutions in close collaboration with Global Technology, Marketing, Application Development and Sales teams that build upon our current leadership position in Hardcoats.
  • Develop solid understanding of relevant patent landscape and obtain effective patent coverage for proprietary technology and processes.
  • Demonstrate the benefits of new product technologies in target applications and develop compelling data to support external product promotion.
