Job Summary
This position is responsible for managing & implementing training activities to the insurance agent force in the area in charge, supporting Agency Training Territory Head in personnel management.
Directly train basic to advanced training programs and participate in fieldwork to ensure consultants apply trained knowledge and skills to achieve the highest sales.
Consult on training solutions for the business development department to enhance knowledge and skills for the consultant force and consultant managers in the responsible area.
