The Chief Data and Analytics Officer (CDAO) will lead the Analytics Center of Excellence (ACE) for the Wexner Medical Center, a team responsible for conceptualizing and implementing a consolidated strategy for leveraging data and analytics to drive actionable insights across the enterprise.
The CDAO serves to drive information and analytical strategies by collaborating with clinical, financial, and operational leadership to build a deeper culture of data-driven decision-making.
This position has a direct reporting relationship to the chief financial officer for The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and is part of the operation’s executive team.

Key Requirements
Masters degree in Health Administration or related field
10+ years healthcare management experience
Experience managing data and analytical projects in academic medical center
Experience leading Lean Six Sigma projects
Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and facilitation skills
