Act as a technical subject matter expert, interface directly with IFM providers during audits, and support regulatory compliance.
Manage all aspects of IFM program budgeting, including development, approvals, purchase orders, accruals, and invoice reconciliation.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree
10+ years of experience in facility operations
Proven experience managing third-party IFM firms
Deep technical expertise in HVAC, electrical, and boiler operations
Experience in life sciences or scientific research environments
