Job Summary
Participates in evaluating care and/or services provided by the Irene Baron Eden Centre to Elders under the Quality Management Program.
Provides medication reminders, assistance with personal supports, hygiene, and ambulation, and ensures Elders' suites and common areas are maintained in a safe and clean condition.
Answers Elder's pages for assistance, initiates emergency procedures, and conducts in a manner that is respectful, courteous and empathetic when engaging Elders, team members and families.
