This position is responsible for systems administration of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and facility service request (FSR) system, including configuration, support, and reporting.
The role requires serving as a Subject Matter Expert for the assigned portfolio, producing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and optimizing maintenance programs with the operations team.
