Job Summary

  • Be the Face of HR for our employees in Canada to bring the desired employee experience to life by partnering with managers, COEs, HR Business Partners and fellow HR Partners on people practices and process execution!
  • Advises and supports on employee relations cases (e.g., grievances, discipline, performance improvement plans, absences, terminations, etc.), conducting investigations when needed.

Key Requirements
