The F&I Manager is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while helping customers choose products that protect their vehicle purchase.
In addition, this individual works with lenders to obtain financing approval and completes all vehicle purchase and associated paperwork accurately and on time.

Salary
Base: $10,000.00 - $17,000.00 monthly; Bonus/Equity: performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Product and Reserve Income and Individual Net PVR, Product Penetration, Manufacturer Approvability; Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision Plans Paid Holidays & PTO Short and Long-Term Disability Paid Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Stock Purchase Plan

Key Requirements
2+ years of dealership finance experience
CDK experience a plus
Acceptable driving record and valid driver's license
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older
