Job Summary
Supervises all aspects of the Chemical and Beverage Regional Sales and Service team, training and developing specialists to ensure a high level of service and repairs on equipment programs.
Manages regional employees in servicing and repairing chemical and beverage equipment, plans and assists in their personal and professional development, and motivates them to provide unparalleled service to GFS customers.
Develops capital and operational budgets for the department, monitors and controls budget, analyzes variances, and takes appropriate action to develop plans for productivity improvements.
