Job Summary

  • The Customer Support Engineer (CSE) will serve as the GE Vernova Gas Power Engineering technology steward and critical customer fronting face for the Installed Base (IB) related to Gas Power assets in Europe.
  • The CSE will drive safe and reliable operations of the customer assets with minimal technical risk by interfacing with both customer, GEV projects, service ITR representatives and the wider engineering community.
  • The talent is expected to drive outage productivity, create extra work opportunities and improve performance for our Gas Power assets in Europe, and will be measured on customer experience, customer feedback, fleet reliability and growth.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical, Aerospace or Electrical Engineering
  • Relevant experience in Gas Power Energy Sector
  • Experience with Power Plant engineering, field service, customer support, or O&M
  • Fluent written and spoken English
