Job Summary

  • This role is instrumental in setting the strategy, building the roadmap, and leading delivery of data, analytics, AI, and automation solutions that improve finance decision-making, process performance, control, and productivity across HP.
  • Lead an organization of approximately 30–37 team members, including people managers, technical experts, and contingent workforce.

Key Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience leading analytics, data, automation, or technology-enabled transformation teams
  • Significant leadership experience building and scaling multidisciplinary teams
  • Proven track record delivering enterprise solutions
  • Strong experience partnering with senior executives
  • Experience working in Finance, Finance Transformation, FP&A, Controllership, or other finance-adjacent environments
  • Strong understanding of modern data architecture
  • Experience leading delivery of BI, advanced analytics, machine learning, and intelligent automation solutions
  • Knowledge of AI / ML lifecycle management
  • Strong understanding of data governance, controls, privacy, security, and auditability
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets
  • Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and execution skills
  • Excellent communication, executive storytelling, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Proven ability to lead through ambiguity, drive change, and influence without direct authority
  • Strong people leadership, coaching, and organizational development skills
