Base: $148,600 - $223,000 USD (Boulder); Base: $141,200 - $250,800 USD (Other US locations); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7+ years UX or interaction design experience
2+ years designing AI-powered product experiences
Expertise in conversational and agent-based design
Experience with multi-turn flow and recovery patterns
Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
Nice-to-have
Experience with generative AI tooling like Lovable
Strong background in content design and UX writing
Knowledge of A2UI design system patterns
Ability to influence senior leadership on strategy
Experience with accessibility compliance for agents
Key Requirements
BA/BS degree in Design, HCI, CS, or equivalent practical experience
