Job Summary
This position plans and manages the Maintenance Department to ensure that there is minimum downtime, either through planned preventative maintenance or through the effective utilization of resources in order that unscheduled breakdowns have minimum disruption to operations.
Develop, implement, and maintain an effective predictive and preventive maintenance strategy for equipment and plant wide systems.
Manage the execution of maintenance projects, advising where appropriate project stages and timings.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Manufacturing
5+ years’ experience in related field
Maintenance experience related to hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and gas
