The Associate supports the analysis and execution of resource optimization, balance‑sheet solutions, and capital structuring initiatives across Capital Markets, focusing on improving capital efficiency, ROE, and balance‑sheet scalability.
This role offers exposure to enterprise‑level capital decision‑making and provides a strong foundation for progression into Senior Associate or VP roles within Capital Allocation, Treasury, Strategy, or related functions.
