  • As a Principal Associate Conflict of Interest (COI) Specialist in the Ethics Office, you will be responsible for administering and managing the Company’s Gifts and Entertainment and Conflict of Interest Programs.
  • This role will be responsible for reviewing and dispositioning employee disclosures related to gifts and entertainment, outside activities, and personal financial investments.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • 4+ years in Ethics, Legal, Risk Management, or Compliance
  • Juris Doctorate preferred
  • 3+ years in financial services preferred
  • 1+ years analyzing conflicts of interest and gifts/entertainment preferred
  • Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred
