Job Summary

• Northwest Tellers provide an excellent customer service experience by welcoming customers, efficiently processing transactions, resolving problems, providing education service, and uncovering financial needs for referral to the appropriate line of business.
• Tellers are responsible for balancing the teller drawer daily, participating in office meetings, and following compliance, risk, and operational procedures to protect the bank from unnecessary risk.
• The role requires working as part of a team, delivering exceptional customer experience in person, over the phone, and via email, and supporting branch opening and closing tasks as needed.
