  • Lead the Sales team to implement and develop sales plans and goals to achieve and exceed targets, while also developing plans to expand new target markets and acquire new accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, provide guidance to the Sales Team, support them in handling demanding clients and complicated cases, and assist in budget preparation and audit matters.
