The role involves direct supervision of staff within the Pre-Service Center, assisting in the management of daily operational processes, and performing employee performance evaluations.
Key responsibilities include independently suggesting new approaches for performance enhancement, identifying workflow barriers, making process improvements, and performing scheduling and preregistration duties.
