Ford is seeking a Lean Team Manager to support its manufacturing plants with lean transformation initiatives aimed at continuous improvement and waste elimination. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Lean Manufacturing principles and a strong ability to lead and mentor teams

Job Summary

  • Support Ford plants, mainly powertrain, in their lean transformation journey with continuous improvement and waste elimination, improving safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with executive level councils and global teams on Factory of Tomorrow strategies and vision, and develop/integrate FPS related technologies.
  • Teach/coach/mentor lean strategies, standards, methods, processes, and tools to all levels within manufacturing globally, serving as a Subject Matter Expert of the Ford Production System.
