You will be required to develop work assignments, delegate authority to Charge Nurses, and ensure that sufficient licensed personnel are available to maintain quality care for every resident.
This role involves participating in facility surveys, managing quality assurance programs, and collaborating with physicians and families to plan comprehensive resident care and treatment.
