This role involves drafting, negotiating, and executing a wide range of master agreements and related documents for equity derivative transactions.
You will be responsible for reviewing client constitutional documents, capacity and authority, and legal opinions to facilitate derivative transactions.
The position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to obtain approvals on deviated terms and to handle business unit queries on documentation.
