Job Summary

  • Ensure timely and accurate outbound shipments of parts and materials to distributors, internal customers, and other distribution centers, meeting service, quality, safety, and company policy standards.
  • Plan and coordinate daily shipments based on distributor orders, prioritize critical shipments, and manage handling equipment and shipping personnel according to workload.
  • Supervise the operational shipping team, ensuring adherence to standardized work and safety procedures, while also managing roles, schedules, and proposing process improvements.
