Job Summary
The department performs microbiological quality control of medicines, raw materials, and packaging.
You will lead a team of approximately 12 analysts, contributing to the development of a positive team atmosphere, the reliable and efficient operation of your team, and monitoring performance management.
You will build good relationships with various internal customers, such as QA, DPDS, production, MSAT, planning, external customers, as well as various external partners such as suppliers, contract labs, etc.
