10+ years facility-related work experience
Customer service and supervisory experience
Managerial experience with engineering teams
Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance processes
Exposure to HVAC, mechanical systems, welding, electrical
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CMMS
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
Proven record of excellent customer service
