Job Summary
As a Commis de Rang, you will prepare the dining venues and equipment, food pass and service area of your assigned station in the restaurant, ensuring Guests are consistently provided with courteous, engaging, prompt and efficient service.
You will assist the Chef de Rang in the serving of food and attending Guest needs and requests, being highly visible in the operation, providing an expertly service experience, clearing and resetting tables according to standards and respecting the Hygiene standards applied in the Restaurant as per HACCP system.
