Job Summary

• This position will concentrate on matters involving blockchain as well as venture financings, digital assets, payments, lending, fund formation, alternative lending, regulatory enforcement work, and counseling clients on process and compliance matters.
• Manatt’s world-class fintech practice works with more than 150 established platforms and investors to raise capital to support consumer and small-business lending, alternative credit and point-of-sale products, and real estate development and smaller projects.
