The selected candidate will be required to work full-time on-site at our facility in El Segundo, CA.

$95,200.00 - $142,700.00
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Oversee all phases of capital projects
Review contractor payments and change orders
Coordinate with architectural and engineering consultants
Manage project budget and schedule
Experience with construction project management software
Knowledge of city building codes
Nice-to-have
Proficiency in Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
Design Build Experience
Experience utilizing Autodesk Bluebeam
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
4+ years of project or construction management experience
Minimum one project as a project manager with a value of $10M or more
Experience preparing Construction Statements of Work (SOWs)
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance
