Job Summary

  • Provide day-to-day legal transactional support to bankers, loan operations, credit teams and external counsel with respect to documenting and structuring commercial lending transactions / products.
  • Advise and assist centralized loan operations with standardization and negotiation of internally prepared loan documentation.
