Job Summary

  • As the Surgical Case Dispatcher, you will be responsible for the planning, routing, delivery, and pickup of all scheduled cases, optimizing and ensuring that all drivers are effectively utilized.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring the branch is meeting transportation along with budget cost reduction strategies as they pertain and meet established operational metrics.
  • Communicate effectively with sales partners to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships and ensure all cases are delivered on time, complete, and to the correct facility.
