Job Summary

• The Manager of Academic Medical Center (AMC) Education is responsible for the strategy, design, and execution of our Future Leaders education programs for Orthopaedic residents and fellows within their assigned Strategic AMC accounts and/or responsibilities within the team.
• They are responsible for delivering on the Future Leaders education continuum, which includes a robust pathway of education that is delivered through several modalities including hands-on labs, interactive didactic classrooms, virtual reality, simulation, and online modules.
• Partner with AMC Chairs, Chiefs and Program Directors, and regional sales, to design personalized learning pathways in support of their program’s education needs.
