Job Summary
The Millwright Apprenticeship Program offers a hands-on path to becoming a certified mechanical or electrical millwright while gaining paid, real-world experience and technical instruction.
Apprentices will work while attending school, learning the fundamentals of machine assembly, mechanical and electrical maintenance, system integration, and troubleshooting.
All education, travel time, and instruction are paid, and upon completion, graduates are expected to work full-time for two years at BW Papersystems in Phillips, WI.
