Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years HR experience
  • HR Business Partner or senior advisory role experience
  • Partnering with senior leaders in complex organisations
  • Managing complex employee relations cases
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or Level 7) or equivalent preferred
  • Exposure to/ experience with M&A preferred
  • Experience supporting international or EMEA client groups
