The Senior HR Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across Broadridge’s International businesses.
This role requires deep understanding of employment legislation, experience supporting change initiatives, and the ability to work effectively within a global matrix organisation.
This role presents a great opportunity to be involved in highly interesting and varied work as the international business continues to grow, including exposure to mergers and acquisitions, new country build-outs, and evolving operating models.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 7 years HR experience
HR Business Partner or senior advisory role experience
Partnering with senior leaders in complex organisations
Managing complex employee relations cases
CIPD qualification (Level 5 or Level 7) or equivalent preferred
Exposure to/ experience with M&A preferred
Experience supporting international or EMEA client groups
