Essential duties include supervising therapy personnel, performing daily scheduling, providing direct care, assuring resident needs are met, reviewing and updating services, ensuring regulatory adherence, and managing documentation.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in PT, OT, or SLP, state licensure, CPR certification, and the ability to meet physical demands including exerting significant force to move objects.
