• Professionally achieve regional business objectives and ensure the regional team successfully completes the work plan (POA), field strategy plan, and regional plan in accordance with company policies and the AstraZeneca Code of Conduct.
• Develop regional business plans based on market SWOT analysis and key business objectives, while coaching and supporting medical representatives in implementing their business plans to effectively achieve targets.
• Discover and promptly fill any team vacancies with qualified new hires according to company recruitment regulations and business capability models, while also managing the performance of medical representatives effectively according to the company's performance management system.
