Job Summary

  • The Provincial Administrative Assistant will report to the Provincial Coordinator and will provide logistical and administrative support to facilitate the introduction and implementation of malaria support services.
  • Responsibilities include assisting with planning and coordinating end-of-end logistics for workshops, meetings, and field exercises, as well as initiating payment processes and coordinating with the procurement team.
  • Required skills include a Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience, excellent attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and fluency in English and French.
