Job Summary
We are seeking a competent and all-rounded Facilities Operation Engineer to lead shift operations in a high-demand electronic manufacturing environment.
This role will act as the Building In-Charge, responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of overall facility systems during assigned shifts.
The candidate is required to have fundamental knowledge across Electrical, Mechanical, and Instrumentation & Control (I&C) systems to effectively guide technicians and support daily operations.

Basic knowledge of BMS/CMMS
Hands-on FLSS/lift/domestic system management
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, I&C or Facilities Engineering
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facilities or building operations
Proven experience in leading shift technicians or acting as shift/building in-charge
Familiar with Malaysian regulatory requirements (DOSH, BOMBA, local authorities)
