Job Summary

• The Corporate Legal team is responsible for legal and regulatory matters pertaining to our status as a public company, as well as all aspects of corporate governance.
• The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable, and offered a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off.
• Employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will work a hybrid schedule with three days on-site and Fridays remote, effective September 5, 2023.

Base: $96,200.00 - $151,400.00; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonus and long-term incentive if applicable; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, sick days
