This role defines how Caterpillar equipment is enabled with digital technologies, determining compatible combinations across hardware, software configuration, Software Enabled Attachments (SEA), and subscriptions.
Partner with Product Support to diagnose and reduce configuration-driven incidents and act as subject-matter expert and mentor on configuration logic and best practices.
