Key Requirements

  • Doctorate Degree in Audiology Required
  • Master's Degree conferred prior to July 1st, 2007
  • One year of experience as an Audiologist
  • BLS-Basic Life Support Required
  • CCC-A Certificate of Clinical Competence Audiology Required
  • AUD-Audiologist License Required
