  • Primary focus will be on the management of customer deliverables, and timely, accurate provision of status from receipt to shipment.
  • Work with Planning and Finance Teams to ensure product is ready and available in the expected lead times.
  • First line of support in interfacing with the customer for day-to-day issues, primary liaison between the customer and other internal departments.
