Job Summary

  • The Quality Technician is responsible for the administrative activities associated with processing warranty claims and resolving customers' concerns on product failures.
  • You will work closely with the Valeo TCV Engineering and Quality teams to address customer concerns and perform Quick Response Quality Control process to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • You will conduct full maintenance training courses on various heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems for transit bus and school bus systems for mechanics, technicians and management teams.
