The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, 3-5 years of management experience in long-term care, and strong leadership and communication skills
Job Summary
Assists the Director of Nursing in directing activities of licensed and non-licensed personnel whom provide health care and nursing services to residents on a 24-hour, 7day per week basis.
Oversees clinical operations, including making daily rounds and monitoring resident conditions, and is responsible for ensuring resident safety and that residents are treated with the utmost respect.
Must keep abreast of regulatory changes and communicate changes appropriately.
