The Operations Lead is critical in the store leadership team and is responsible for driving and coaching to profitability and efficiency while supporting total store operations.
This role involves partnering with the Operations & Visual Manager to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
