Must-have
Lived experience as a newcomer to Canada
Fluency in English and another language
Minimum 2 years community services experience
Valid Ontario Class G driver's license
Experience with Link2Feed software
First Aid/CPR certification required
Nice-to-have
Fluent in Arabic or Spanish
Experience with Alpha or iRead programs
Background in non-violent crisis intervention
Ability to facilitate group ESL classes
Strong cultural sensitivity awareness
Key Requirements
University Degree or Community College Diploma in Human/Social Services
Current vulnerable sector background check
Safe Food Handling Certificate
