Accountable for development, delivery and maintenance of DA medical strategy, driving the synthesis and translation of complex scientific data into strategy and solutions to optimize care for patients.
Responsible for the scientific & strategic leadership for all key medical activities, including medical information, education, publications, and biomarker science, ensuring alignment with overall medical strategy.
Builds up the capability and capacity of DA team members, motivates them, provides coaching and support, and is responsible for recruitment and career development.

Key Requirements
Master in Clinical Medicine, Pharma or Science required
> 3 years clinical experience
> 10 years medical affairs/product development experience
