The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the facility to ensure assessments are completed per guidelines with a focus on the resident assessment process.
This role requires coordinating interdisciplinary participation to complete Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments for each new admission according to strict regulatory time frames.
The employee must maintain confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information while ensuring accurate electronic submission of MDS assessments.
