Provide remote or on-site technical support for installation and maintenance issues, ensuring ride comfort and customer specification requirements are met.
Train local trainers and employees, co-operate with global and local training centres, and create quality reports to identify and address issues requiring corrective actions.
Co-ordinate field support team activities, set appropriate KPIs, and ensure quick response and corrective action time for technical inquiries and training requests.
