Job Summary

  • The Contract Specialist assists the sales force and other business entities to develop contract documentation, maintains an accurate document filing system and contract database, fulfills administrative tasks associated with the contract process, ensures all contract documentation meets the company’s high standards of quality, and effectively communicates across internal departments, as well as with customers.
  • Facilitate and support the contract workflow, from intake through document fulfillment and execution to back-end processing, ensuring documentation requests are completed, delivered, executed and processed timely.
