Must-have
1-3 years refrigeration or HVAC experience
Associate degree in HVAC/R or Electrical
Ability to travel up to 85-90%
Low-voltage wiring termination skills
Basic control logic understanding

Familiarity with Copeland or Danfoss controllers
Experience with Carel controller systems
Strong customer rapport building skills
Willingness to support contractor training
Key Requirements
