Lead the digital transformation and operational excellence of the plant, ensuring effective implementation of the Digital Routemap, UMS methodology, and Cybersecurity OT/IT program.
Define, update, and manage the implementation of the plant's digital roadmap, aligned with business priorities and Supply objectives, leading factory digitalization plans, automation, and analytics.
Develop team capabilities through UMS training, problem-solving, NVAA elimination, and loss management, while leading the plant's cybersecurity program for industrial environments (OT).
